The Grace Penthouse project involved the high-level fit-out of a luxury penthouse located at the edge of the F1 track in Melbourne Albert Park. This two-level penthouse boasts breathtaking views, with the front facing Albert Park Lake and the back offering stunning views of the Melbourne CBD. The fit-out was completed within a concrete shell, emphasising high-end finishes and a sophisticated outdoor garden area. A significant challenge was the installation of a two-level lift procured from Greece, Cyprus. Initially intended to be shipped by boat, it had to be flown over due to time constraints. Coordinating the 17-storey crane lift with the council required months of meticulous planning, as the adjoining building did not permit the lift to be conducted over their property, necessitating repositioning of the crane. The entire lift operation took 12 hours to complete.
